Wedding Photo Booth Toronto
Your photographer captures the wedding. Your photo booth captures your guests.
The part of the night you'll only see afterwards
Your photographer captures the wedding. The booth is where your guests show up as themselves: cousins reunited after years apart, university friends in matching sunglasses, grandparents laughing their way through a four-frame strip. It’s the part of the night you’ll only see afterwards, and it’s often the part couples love most.

Choosing your wedding booth
Many couples pair a print booth with the 360, or add the audio guest book to any booth.
Mirror Photo Booth
A full-length mirror with on-screen animations and instant prints. It looks like part of the décor and photographs beautifully with gowns and formalwear.
360 Video Booth
Slow-motion clips of twirling dresses, flying confetti and the whole bridal party in one shot. Perfect after the first dance.
Classic Photo Booth
The familiar photo strip, upgraded with a professional camera and lighting. Grandparents and flower girls know exactly what to do.
Wooden Mirror Photo Booth
Warm wood that blends with barns, vineyards and garden tents.
Audio Guest Book add-on
Guests lift a vintage-style handset and record a message for you. It’s one of the most moving keepsakes you can have.
Make it match your wedding
A template that matches your stationery
Choose from 100+ designs, then add your names, date, monogram or crest. We’ll match the fonts and colours to your invitations so the strips feel like part of your wedding suite, not an afterthought.
A backdrop that complements your décor
Soft florals with lights for romantic receptions, champagne sequin for glamour, greenery for a garden feel, or gold shimmer for a ballroom. Browse backdrops.
Props with personality
Wedding signs, veils, bow ties and a few cheeky “Wedding Crasher” cards, or custom signs with your hashtag and inside jokes. See add-ons.
Ideas couples love
Guest book scrapbook
Each guest adds a copy of their print and a handwritten note to an album you’ll keep forever.
Prints as favours
Real unlimited instant prints mean every guest leaves with a keepsake.
Red carpet arrival
A red carpet and gold stanchions in front of the 360 make every guest feel like a VIP.
Late-night second wind
Open the 360 after dinner, when the dance floor fills up.
A message from the elders
Place the audio guest book where grandparents can sit down and record their blessings.
Weddings across cultures
The GTA’s weddings come in every tradition and size, from intimate city-hall celebrations to multi-day South Asian weddings with a mehndi, sangeet and reception. We’re happy to style each event differently, design templates around your traditions, and work with your planner and décor team.

Wedding photo booths for Toronto venues, from manors to lofts
Toronto weddings move between very different rooms: banquet halls in Vaughan and Brampton that seat several hundred, heritage estates and golf clubs in the north end, downtown hotel ballrooms, and loft or gallery spaces for smaller crowds. We plan the booth around your venue’s timeline, setting up during cocktail hour or dinner so it opens when guests are ready, placing it near the dance floor without blocking your photographer’s sightlines, and agreeing load-in times and power with your planner. The Mirror and Wooden Mirror booths need about 10 by 10 feet and fit up to 25 guests per shot; the Classic DSLR booth needs about 8 by 10 feet.

Wedding booth questions
When should we book our wedding photo booth?
As soon as your venue is confirmed. Saturdays from May to October go fast, and we generally recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks ahead.
Can we have the booth for the ceremony and the reception?
Tell us your timeline and both locations when you request a quote, and we’ll let you know what works for your venue and schedule.
Can our templates include text in another language?
Tell us the wording and language you have in mind, and we’ll let you know how we can include it in your template design.
Will we get all the photos?
Yes. After the wedding, every photo and video from the booth is delivered to you in an online gallery. You’ll usually receive it within 1–7 days of your wedding, depending on how busy we are.
Do you offer wedding packages?
Every wedding quote is tailored to the booths, hours and add-ons you choose. Your date is held with a 50% deposit; the balance is due on the wedding day. Request a quote.
What affects the cost of a wedding photo booth in Toronto?
Which booth you choose, how many hours it runs, whether it stays through a break such as dinner or speeches, your date (Saturdays from May to October book first), and add-ons like the Audio Guest Book, the AI add-on, a scrapbook guest book or a custom backdrop. Multi-day celebrations and second venues are quoted together. There's no travel fee on most booths.
Can we book two booths for one wedding?
Yes. A print booth plus the 360, or any booth plus the Audio Guest Book, are popular combinations, and we quote them as one package.
What should we send for a wedding photo booth quote?
Your date, venue, guest count, reception timeline and the booth or booths you're considering. Share your invitation or colour palette too, so we can sketch a matching template.
