Photo booth rental FAQ
How far in advance should I book a photo booth?
We recommend booking 4 to 6 weeks ahead. Saturdays from May to October and December holiday dates fill up fastest, so book earlier for those.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve Toronto and the GTA, plus Hamilton, Niagara and Kitchener-Waterloo. There's no travel fee for our attended booths.
Is an attendant included?
Yes. Every booth comes with a friendly attendant who sets up, helps guests and keeps the line moving. The only exception is the Drop-off Selfie Photobooth, which is self-serve.
Are the prints really unlimited?
Yes. Guests can print as many photos as they like during your booked time, as 2x6 strips or 4x6 prints.
Can guests get digital copies of their photos?
Yes. Guests can send photos to their phones by email or QR code right at the booth, and the 360 Video Booth also supports AirDrop. You also get an online gallery within 1 to 7 days, kept online for one month.
How much space do you need, and what do you need from the venue?
Most booths need about 8 x 10 ft. The 360 Video Booth needs about 10 x 10 ft for the small platform, or ideally 15 x 15 ft for the large one. We need a standard power outlet nearby and a small table for props. Setup takes 45 to 60 minutes and doesn't count toward your booked hours. We're fully insured and can send your venue a certificate of insurance.
Can you customize the booth for our event?
Yes. Choose from more than 100 templates, or we'll design one with your names, date or company logo. We also offer branded overlays and step and repeat walls for corporate events.
