How travel works

We come to you

Our two office locations are for planning only. Every event happens at your chosen venue.

We arrive early

Setup usually takes 45–60 minutes, and we plan the drive with GTA traffic in mind, so your booth is ready before the first guest arrives.

We coordinate with your venue

We can work directly with your coordinator on load-in, parking, elevators and power.

Travel fees

There’s no travel fee on most booths. A travel fee applies only to the Drop-off Selfie Photobooth, which we deliver and set up for you.

Every booth, every city

All of our booths travel: the Mirror, Wooden Mirror, Classic DSLR, Drop-off Selfie and 360 Video booths. Our Audio Guest Book and AI add-ons work with any of them. Planning a wedding, corporate event, birthday or holiday party? Our event pages have ideas for each.

Choosing a booth

Which photo booth fits your GTA event?

Every booth below travels to every city on this page. Here is the short version of what each one does best, in the order most hosts compare them. Not sure yet? Our booth quiz takes a minute, or simply tell us about your event and we will recommend one.

Mirror Photo Booth

A full-length interactive mirror with on-screen animations and instant prints. The favourite for black-tie weddings, galas and award nights in downtown Toronto ballrooms and York Region banquet halls.

Wooden Mirror Photo Booth

The same mirror experience in a warm natural wood frame. It suits barn weddings in Durham, garden parties in Halton and winery receptions in Niagara.

Classic DSLR Photo Booth

A professional DSLR camera and studio lighting for sharp, flattering portraits and print strips. A strong fit for corporate events, school nights and smaller rooms.

Drop-off Selfie Photobooth

We deliver it, set it up and show you how it works, then your guests run it themselves. Made for house parties, office celebrations and casual birthdays across the GTA.

360 Video Booth

Guests step onto a platform while a camera circles them to capture slow-motion video clips. Big energy for sweet sixteens, mitzvahs, proms and brand activations.

Add-ons work with any booth: the AI photo booth add-on for retouched, studio-style portraits with themed or branded backgrounds, and the Audio Guest Book for recorded voice messages from your guests. See every option on our photo booths page.

How it works

How photo booth rental across the GTA works

Booking is the same whether your event is in Scarborough, Oakville or St. Catharines. Here is what happens from your first message to your gallery.

  1. Tell us your date, venue and city

Send us your event type, rough guest count and the booth you like, or ask us to recommend one. We reply with availability and a tailored quote.

  2. Reserve your date

A 50% deposit holds your booth for your date. The balance is due on the day of the event.

  3. Design the details

We set up your print template, backdrop, props and sharing screens with you, and confirm load-in, placement and power with your venue.

  4. Event day and your gallery

We arrive early, finish setup before guests walk in and host the booth for your whole booking. Afterwards you get an online gallery of every photo and video.

Planning tips for GTA venues. Give us your venue contact so we can book loading and elevator times, especially at downtown hotels and condo party rooms. For banquet halls along Highway 7, the 401 and the 407 on a Saturday, we plan our arrival around traffic so setup is finished early. Outdoor events need a tent or covered area on a level surface. The full checklist is on our how it works page.

FAQ

Photo booth rental in the GTA: your questions

Which areas of the GTA do you cover?

All of Toronto, plus Peel (Mississauga and Brampton), York Region (Vaughan, Richmond Hill and Markham), Halton (Oakville and Burlington), Durham (Pickering, Ajax, Whitby and Oshawa), Hamilton, Niagara and Kitchener-Waterloo. If your town is nearby but not listed, such as Milton, Aurora or Newmarket, ask us.

Is there a travel fee for photo booth rental in the GTA?

There is no travel fee on most booths. The one exception is the Drop-off Selfie Photobooth, which we deliver and set up for you. Your quote shows any travel fee clearly.

How far in advance should we book?

As soon as you have a date and a venue. Saturdays from May to October and most of December fill first, and a 50% deposit is what holds your date.

How long does setup take, and does it count toward our hours?

Setup usually takes 45 to 60 minutes, and we arrive early so it is done before your guests walk in. Setup and takedown do not count toward your booked hours.

Which photo booth is best for our event?

It depends on your venue, guest count and style. Mirror and Wooden Mirror booths suit weddings and galas, the Classic DSLR suits corporate events and smaller rooms, the Drop-off Selfie suits house parties, and the 360 suits high-energy parties. Try the booth quiz or ask us.

What do you need from our venue?

A clear area for the booth, backdrop and a short line of guests, one standard power outlet nearby and a small table for props. Outdoor setups need a tent or covered area on a level surface.

Can you work with venues that have strict vendor rules?

Yes. Many GTA hotels, banquet halls and condo buildings have set loading times, elevator bookings and vendor rules. Share your venue contact and we will coordinate with them before the day.

Can we book more than one booth for the same event?

Yes. Pairing a print booth with the 360 Video Booth is popular for big weddings, mitzvahs and corporate events. Tell us your guest count and we will suggest a setup.

What affects the cost of a photo booth rental in the GTA?

The booth you choose, how many hours you book, your date and any add-ons such as the AI add-on or Audio Guest Book. Request a free quote and we will tailor it to your event.
