Mississauga does celebrations on a grand scale. On a summer Saturday, banquet halls across the city host receptions with hundreds of guests, often after days of pre-wedding events. During the week, corporate campuses near Pearson and the City Centre fill their atriums for town halls, launches and appreciation nights. We bring premium photo booths to both, and to everything in between.
Built for big banquet hall weddings
Mississauga’s banquet halls, from the large venues near the airport to the elegant halls along Hurontario and in Meadowvale, are designed for big guest lists. A booth has to keep up. Here’s how we plan for a large Mississauga reception:
Real unlimited prints at full speed
When hundreds of guests want a photo, slow printers create long lines. Our printers keep the queue moving.
A host who manages the flow
Our attendant groups families, hands out props and keeps the line short during peak moments like after dinner and before the dance floor opens.
Two experiences, one wedding
Many Mississauga couples pair a Mirror Photo Booth for prints with a 360 Video Booth for the dance-floor crowd.
Décor that matches the stage
Gold shimmer, floral walls with lights, or a backdrop in the reception colours, chosen to complement the stage and mandap rather than compete with them. See backdrops.
If your wedding spans several days, ask about booking a booth for the mehndi, sangeet or reception, or for all of them. Every day can have its own template and backdrop.
Corporate events: City Centre, the airport corridor & Meadowvale
Mississauga is home to a long list of head offices and regional campuses, plus large conference venues like the International Centre and the Mississauga Convention Centre. Corporate hosts here usually want two things: guests having fun and content they can use afterwards.
- Our AI add-on, which works with any booth, gives every attendee a polished, branded portrait.
- A logo step & repeat behind the 360 platform turns every clip into brand content.
- Branded print templates make a professional takeaway at client appreciation nights.

Port Credit, Streetsville & the waterfront
Not every Mississauga event is huge. Port Credit’s lakeside restaurants and event spaces are perfect for rehearsal dinners, engagement parties and milestone birthdays. Streetsville’s village main street has charming venues for intimate celebrations, and Lorne Park and Clarkson host stylish backyard parties in the summer. For these smaller rooms, the Classic Photo Booth or the Wooden Mirror Photo Booth keeps things cozy.
Community and cultural celebrations
Mississauga’s diversity shows up on the calendar: Eid dinners, Diwali parties, Lunar New Year banquets, Christmas gatherings, quinceañeras and debut celebrations. Celebration Square hosts events all year. We’ll match props, templates and backdrops to the occasion. Think marigold-toned florals for Diwali, red and gold for Lunar New Year, or soft pinks and silvers for an Eid party.

Which photo booth suits your Mississauga event?
Mississauga has some of the GTA’s largest wedding halls and busiest business districts. Here is where each booth fits.
Planning tip for Mississauga: the city’s large banquet halls often run two or three events in a day, so load-in windows can be short. Share your coordinator’s contact and we confirm timing with them directly. For receptions of three hundred guests or more, think about a second booth or a longer booking so everyone gets a turn. For office events near the airport or in City Centre, a branded template and digital sharing are usually the priorities.
Mirror Photo Booth
Built for big banquet hall receptions, with animations, a host and unlimited instant prints.
Wooden Mirror Photo Booth
Warm wood for waterfront and garden weddings in Port Credit and along the lake.
Classic DSLR Photo Booth
DSLR portraits with studio lighting for corporate events in City Centre, Meadowvale and the airport corridor.
Drop-off Selfie Photobooth
Delivered and set up for birthdays and family parties at home in Streetsville, Erin Mills or Churchill Meadows.
360 Video Booth
The dance-floor favourite at Mississauga receptions, with slow-motion clips ready to share.

Mississauga booth questions
Can your booth handle a 500-guest reception?
Yes. Large receptions are where an experienced attendant and a fast printer make the difference. For very large guest lists, consider adding a second booth so guests spend more time celebrating and less time in line.
Can you set up at multiple events over one weekend?
Yes. Tell us every date and venue on the quote form and we’ll plan each one. Every event can have its own template.
Do you work with banquet hall coordinators?
Absolutely. We confirm the booth location, power and timing with your hall’s event coordinator so you don’t have to.
What's the best spot for a booth in a banquet hall?
Near the dance floor or bar, visible from the tables but not blocking the stage or the servers’ paths. We’ll suggest the best spot when we confirm the details.
How far in advance should we book for a summer wedding?
Peak wedding season dates go fast. We generally recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks ahead, and earlier for June to September Saturdays.
Can you set up at the Mississauga Convention Centre?
Yes. Large convention venues have the space and power a booth needs. We confirm the booth spot and load-in with the venue's event team ahead of time.
Can the booth work at a community festival or outdoor event?
Yes, under a tent or covered area that protects it from rain and direct sun, on level ground with power. A branded template is great for sponsors.
Do you serve Port Credit, Streetsville and Meadowvale?
Yes. We come to venues across Mississauga, from Port Credit and Clarkson to Streetsville, Meadowvale and the Square One area.
Can guests overseas see the photos?
Yes. Guests can get their photos by email or QR code instantly, and you receive an online gallery to share with family anywhere.
Do you need anything from our banquet hall?
A standard power outlet near the booth, enough floor space for the booth and a short line, a small table for props, and parking for our equipment.
Is there a travel fee for Mississauga?
There is no travel fee on most booths. The only booth with a travel fee is the Drop-off Selfie Photobooth.
How long does setup take?
Usually 45 to 60 minutes. We arrive early so the booth is ready before guests arrive, and setup does not count toward your hours.
Can the template be in another language?
Yes. We design templates in Punjabi, Urdu, Arabic, Tagalog, Polish or any language, alone or with English.
Which booth is best for a corporate event?
The Classic DSLR or the Mirror with a branded template suits most office parties and conferences. Add the 360 for launches and activations.
What affects the cost of a photo booth in Mississauga?
The booth, the hours, your date and any add-ons. Request a free quote and we will tailor it to you.
