Making the booth part of your strategy
Set the goal
Are you after engagement, social reach, lead capture or a thank-you to your team? We’ll recommend a booth to match.
Share your brand assets
Send vector logos, brand colours, fonts and hashtags, and we’ll design templates and overlays for your approval.
Plan the placement
Put the booth near registration, the bar or the main stage, wherever traffic is highest.
Promote it
Mention the booth in the event app, on signage and from the stage.
Use the content
After the event, you’ll receive the full gallery to share on your intranet, newsletter and social channels.
Corporate logistics
Load-in and security
We coordinate with your venue or building management on loading docks, freight elevators and vendor registration. We’re fully insured, and a certificate of insurance is available on request for your venue.
Payment
A 50% deposit books your booth, and the remaining 50% is due on the event day.
Weekday events
Lunchtime, after-work and evening bookings are all welcome.

We bring the booth to offices, hotels and venues throughout Toronto and the GTA, including Markham’s tech corridor and Mississauga’s corporate campuses.
Corporate booth questions
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Photo Booth by Zee is fully insured, and a certificate of insurance is available on request for your venue or building management.
Can we capture guest emails?
Yes. Guests can enter their email at the booth to get their photos, and we can share that list of guest emails with you after the event. Let us know when you book so it is set up with proper consent.
How quickly can you turn around branded designs?
Send your logo and brand colours as early as you can, ideally when you book, and we’ll prepare a proof for your approval before the event.
Can we run the booth at a multi-day conference?
Yes. Tell us every date and the daily hours on the quote form.
